a question for any and everyone? if the cops are serious about catching these theives why? cant they do something similiar like they do on our highways we travel everyday. set up a camera in the little van they use to catch us speeders, or is it they aint no money in it? because if they are the theives they are they can"t make bail money. just wondering? and like to hear any opinions emoScratch emoQuestion
