Can't say I'm surprised by Keith Olberman. Didn't he used to head up SportsCenter? Haha, he was pretty biased in his sports reporting as well

Of course his show is biased. Just like Hannity, O'Reilly, and Beck. Rupert Murdock and News Corp/Fox News recently donated a cool million to the Republican Governors Assoc. Where was the million to the Democrat Governors Assoc.? No much for "Fair and Balanced".

Not sure, but I believe they found that Hayes has contributed also. I find it really hard to believe that the 'powers that be' at MSNBC didn't know before hand that Olberman was biased. This probably has more to do with his rating that have been tanking, the contributions were just the straw that broke the camel's back.

Funny how a lib's response is to always point a finger at someone else and say, "they're doing it also!" LOL pretty childish argument actually adds nothing to the debate other than try to redirect the focus

I don't think Olberman ever made the "fair and balanced claim". As far as pointing fingers, it's not just a "liberal" thang. Saying "they did it too" is not a good excuse to do something wrong. But even worse than that, is ripping someone for a committed transgression when you have committed the same, even at a higher level. It's kinda like the ole saying " the pot calling the kettle black" So if you said or posted Nothing when Fox News did the same thing as Olberman, but still think its ok to rip him, in my view, you are in a "glass house, thowing stones". Typical conservative hipocrisy.

No liberal can maintain a good rating. Even people of their kind are bored to tears with their constant whining and lying.

Get used to it Timbo redirecting focus is ALL the communists are about. Their ideas are far from the mainstream so they put up smoke screens. Tuesday was proof of that.

maybe you should reread my post before you start putting words in my mouth. Where, in my post, did I rip Olberman. Quite the opposite, I didn't say anything one way or the other. I DID say it was probably more due to his ratings than his obvious bias. I DID point out the obvious, "they did it so we can" argument , which you decided to use once again in you're reply. It's funny how, you manage to whine about Fox News, and yet say nothing about the obvious bias of MSNBC, CNN, etc. Or should I even bring up the various newspapers, The New York Times, LA Times, etc., or even magazines, Time, Newsweek, etc that have obvious lib biases? And yet, I haven't seen YOU whine one time about any of those. Fox News is more balanced that most of the networks. The commentary is obviously biased to the right. ON the other hand, it's the only station out there that is, and for the last two years the libs have been trying to pull the plug on them.

Both Fox and Msnbc both are much more than slanted. Fox, however claims to be fair and balanced. Msnbc never makes such a claim. There are just as many publications with a conservative slant as are those that are liberal. It's very convenient to label CNN as liberal, but I don't see it. CNN goes out of their way to invite opposing views. Cheez, you're right conservative media does much better than liberal media. Liberals simply don't need talk show hosts to tell them what to think, believe, or say. We liberals know that our way of thinking is correct, and history bears that out. Therefore, unlike conservatives we don't need Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, Boortz, Ingram, Libby, Schlessinger, O'Reily, and Savage to spoon feed us. And you're the one who calls us sheep. Too funny!

I don't listen to any of them. I'm independent and smart enough to know right from wrong. Neither of the current parties are all that!

Limbaugh 25 million listeners, Hannity 13 million listeners, and Beck 10 million listeners, not to mention all the Rush wanna be's. And yet it's hard to find someone to admit that they listen. Again too funny!

I heard on the news that Olberman got the boot for contributing to Democrat candidates who appeared on his show. I do not watch him, so I don't know if it is true.

I listened to him back in the 80's and that was enough. I'd rather hear tires slapping the pavement than him. I think only libs listen to him and take him seriously because, the only way I ever know what he said is when some lib is whining about him.

If you ever listen to Beck, like I do, you would know that he always says "Don't take my word for it, do the research yourself." He also plays the commies and socialist own words so you cant deny what they stand for.
Yeah, he can be a little too sarcastic sometimes and I don't agree w/everything he says, but he is the only one on TV that is trying to preserve Americas history and remind us of what makes our country great. emoUSA
