cool... What happened last time we tried to go to different lakes? or have we tried this before?

Not me! I will not waste my time, or gas to go to Neely Henry, Watts Bar or Tim's Ford. Neely Henry has become a pleasure boaters lake much like Tellico. If you want to fish boat houses and docks because that is all there is to fish then go and enjoy yourself along with the boating traffic. If you think the chick has pleasure boaters go give Neely Henry a try on a Summer day! Tim's Ford an Watt's Bar both are decent at times as a winter lake or at night. But I have been told 10 lbs. in a Tx. is good! Occasionally you hear of some decent weights but not often. Shawn Lusk was up there as a Captain for his son's High school team this past march. Shawn pre fished it on Thursday and the Tx. was on Saturday. In both days they caught three keeper fish. And Shawn is a great fisherman especially on colder months! Tim long and I talked last week with four guys from Cleveland that grew up on Watt's Bar and they said it is terrible. That's why they came down to HB for the night Tx. on the Chick. They said they wanted to catch or see some big bags! Woods once was a great lake but I haven't heard anything good about it now in years. The G and Weiss are fine with me but I'm not going to make any special plans to go and buy Alabama license. We go through that discussion about each year. Yes, the cost of gasoline is down a bit now but the price of the out of state license is up and I hear they are going up again. And then how many times are you going to use them? After the past three years I had just as soon drop the Nick! Every time we have been down there we have had terrible weights. But we need something else besides the Chick and a lot of our forum guys live down that way. We can put it out there again on the forum for open discussion but I would suggest that it be much later in the year and our trail end. JMO!
