That's right, there's a class action lawsuit that claims Apple is a fault because the 1st generation Ipod Nanos got scratched..........seriously. Why not go after DVD manufacturers because DVD's get scratced. Better yet go after Frito Lay, heck I bought a bag of chips and ate them, now they are all gone and I'm still hungry, that's causing me all kinds of emotion distress.

The attorneys will make just over $4 million for this and Apple has already agreed to a fund of over $22 million. Lame.

I really like the method of lawsuits used in Japan. I someone wants to sue for 100k they have to put up 10k initially which is help by the court. If they lose they lose the 10k. I think last time I checked they had about 1/100 the suing that we have. Everyone wants to get something for free.

I really believe that we should have some sort of frivolous lawsuit law that says if you sue someone for $1million for something stupid and you lose, you owe the person you sued the million. That would eliminate most of the useless court cases.

Well I want to sue Strike King, Quantum and Bass Pro Shops because I have bought all of their products and I can not catch fish like KVD.
