It's baseball season....


Anyone here a Slider technique expert? I've been using Slider heads (with Roboworms, of all things) and had some success when I've been able to get out and fish. I'm just curious if there are any light-line devotees on the forum, and if they've found any of the Slider books or videos good resources.

If you are referring to Charlie Brewer slider heads you are in business.
I have used the 1/4 oz heads with a 4" curly tail worm to quickly catch a limit of 5.
Never had a large weight on the 5 but it always allowed me to make the classic at the end of the year.
After the quick 5, I then went on to look for a larger weight using other baits.
Always a good feeling to have a quick 5 rather than gamble on 5 big ones and not weight in 5 at the end of the day.
