thunder chicken meets 12g in cohutta,ga this morning

its been wet and rainy here alot lately so i decided to head out this morning and see if i could call up a gobbler, got there before daylight and got set up. at daylight i started scratching around on a slate and the gobblin was on. about a 1/2 mile across a large field i spotted him coming, he was running fast. he got to my decoy and struted his stuff, he was huge. he climb on her back and she fell off the stake,he didnt know what to think lol. he was about 15 yards from me and i dropped the hammer on him and he hit the ground. it was cold and the field was wet but i wasnt there but maybe a hour then i was back in the truck with the heater on lol... heres a pic i took of him, 11" beard, 1 1/2 spurs heavy bird
