I am not sure of the names or the weights but there was a lot of good bass weighed in tonight. They paid six places and 2jigs had his work cut out for him wieghing in all those bass. He worked up a sweat doing it. emoThumbsup Sixth place was 9.87 and first place was 13.74 I believe. Don't hold me to that but I know that is close if not correct. emoRolleyes The other wieghts were 10 something and a couple 11 somethings and a 12 something. Big bass was 6.87 I think. There was a good turn out with 73 entrys. My partner and I could not get the big ones on and only managed 7 and a half but it was a nice evening to be out. Lots of play boats and jet skies. emoAngry They did not seem to bother the bass thou. This Tx is a three fish weigh in for those that do not know.

C-ya on the water. emoAngler Jmax

Yea we didnt do worth a flip. Had one keeper. I did manage to catch about a 40lb Cat on a Texas-rig though. Definately a first for me! I have just lost my touch at the Chick. Havent done well in the last month. Glad there was some good fish caught though!

IT WAS TOUGH ON US WE FISHED DEEP AND ONLY CAUGHT TWO KEEPERS DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO OR WHAT WON. THANKS DD22FISH emoScratch

I think it was 13.50Lbs. that won it. Jammie Wells & Lee Haus (sp.) got 2nd & big fish of 6.87Lbs I think @ about 12.40Lbs or so. Rogie & his Dad (Mr. Brown) took third @ 12.28Lbs I think (sorry for dumping out all that water Mr. Brown.LoL not sure about the rest except I do know it took over 10.00Lbs to get in the top 5 & 6th place was 9.80 somthing. Good turn out see ya all Mon. night over @ Chester frost park @ for a 6:15 blast off.

I enjoyed the tournament Thurs. I ended up fishing by myself b/c my partner had to work late. Caught winning fish in first 30 min all on ledges. After I caught the second fish that was over 5 lbs I concentrated on keeping my fish alive. I was the first to weigh in b/c I was worried about my fish. It wasn't much fun sitting through all the good sacks but it paid off in the end.

I saw a boat that was stopped in the water just before the nuke plant couldn't figure out why. Was that the boat?

Congrats Andy. Those two 5 plus lb'ers were beauties. I just knew when you reached in the bag for the 3rd fish it was gonna be another. Good job getting those fish to the scales and back in the water alive.

Man I didnt know somebody got thrown out! We ran South and I think everybody that went that way made it fine, unless they were behind me. But I was one of the last to drop the hammer. Had to have been one of the guys that went North. Was everybody ok??
