tilt cylinder rebuild...

Needing my tilt cylinder rebuilt. It is a 77 Johnson 140. Goes up fine but leaks fluid and motor slowly comes back down. Trim is good, just the tilt. Where can I get seals and repair manual or who can I take it to?
