This site lists unclaimed accounts, profit shares, 401Ks, etc. of TN residents.

I got $12,000 once from them from an account my mother had.

There are "trolls" who go thru these records. When they find something worthwhile they will contact you and offer to get the asset for you for a fee, usually 10%.

You don't owe the troll anything, just contact TN yourself like I did.

This gave me the idea to check Florida's page since I lived there over 20 years, I didn't find myself, but found some money my mother needs to claim, which is GREAT since shes on a limited fixed income.

Found $50 there once from a Sequatchie Valley Electric Co OP deposit refund. </p>

I checked Florida's page and found an account I started when I was in 2nd grade. Initially put in like $5-$10 dollars. I claimed it and there is like $250 in it! Woo hoo! Thanks for posting this
