Got out with my partner Tony Hill aka (skeeterzx200) from daylight-3pm to fight the wind/rain and try to find some fish for a tournament next weekend.... Fishing was suprisingly very tough on us, we stayed down below Soddy Creek for the most part and only managed 10 fish with 6 being keepers and 2 of those were small spots..... Best five today 10lb, big fish of the day was around 4lb....

There was not a real good pattern today as we caught fish on a number of baits and areas but nothing would repeat and be consistent for us.... Fishing should be improving a lot over the next couple of weeks as the fish continue to (hopefully) move off the main river humps/brush and come to the creeks, I can't wait to catch some good fish shallow on a regular basis....

This is my first post on this forum. I've been a member on the Bass fishing home page for a few years, but just found out about this forum a couple of months back.... I'm glad to see all the info for our local Tenn lakes especially Chickamauga.... Good luck on the water.

That was an excellent day for Sat! I just wish I could have caught a few keepers. I was wanting to go to the lower end Sat. but my partner was dedicated for the upper end at Watts Bar Dam. Good job and keep these good reports coming!

Thanks for the great welcome glad you guys enjoyed the report, look forward to sharing and reading reports/info on the CFF for a long time to come....
