are there any amateur tournaments on friday nights that are open for anyone, I am looking to gain experience on chicky. maybe a sat. morn tour I could make. emoConfused

$15 for solo and $25 for a team if I'm not mistaken. And it's another $5 per boat to get in the big fish pot

Like JMAX said, the 3 fish limit sort of evens the playing field. We have this designed to make it competitive and fun for the beginners. We have some decent weights win in the first few Tournaments. However, once the fish shed their eggs and warmer weather sets in the weights will drop drastically. We weighed a fish on May 1st that weighed 4.85. It would have probably weighed close to 6lbs the week before full of eggs. So don't get put off by the first few weeks
winning weights. We had a few won with 5 pounds last year.
