Tourney Smallies

This is probably a silly question but I just want to make sure I'm clear before launching for CFF#2 this weekend. I know the size limit for Smallies is 18" and twra allows one per day per person so does that mean we can bring 2 fish to the scales if we happen to get into so good smallmouth in the river? I'm asking because I've fished some tourneys before that have viewed the "boat" as one angler/limit and therefore only allowed 1 smallmouth to be weighted.

The law is 1 per angler. That means you and your partner can bring in 2 smallmouth.
