Toyota/Lexus mechanic

My 08 GX470 it losing coolant and it appears that there might be coolant in the oil which makes me think head gaskets. I need a good mechanic to take it to and get a diagnosis and repair. I am trying to avoid dealerships due to their high cost. Any suggestions?
