Toys For Tots Crappie Tournament results

<p class="MsoNormal">Dave Ohms, Scott Ohms and I want to thank everyone who turned out for the Toys For Tots Crappie Tournament. We had good weather with 8 boats signed up. A good amount of toys was donated for the cause and I also want to thank an anonymous person for donating an extra $100. The Marine (Maurice Sabater) that was there to pick up the toys was very happy with the number of toys and the donation. I will be posting pictures later.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">The tournament results are as follows.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">1^st place was Brian Howard (Wolftever Kid) with 11.11 lbs for a win of $100 and the 1^st place trophy.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">2^nd place was Mike Knight (Nightrider) with 10.69 lbs for a win of $60</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">3^rd place was Jesse Leaptrot and Charles Walker with 9.96 lbs. for a win of $40</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">4^th place was James Watts with 9.52 lbs.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">5^th place was Jim Edmister (Catfish1) and Buddy Ham with 8.04 lb.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">6^th place was Dave Ohms and Steve Blackburn (Groomer1a) with 7.49 lb.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">The 2 other teams did not weigh in.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Big Fish Pot went to Dave Ohms and Steve Blackburn (Groomer1a) with a 1.74 lb. fish for a win of $40</p> <p class="MsoNormal"></p> <p class="MsoNormal">Again we want to thank everyone who fished and donated to a great cause! There are a lot of needy children out there who are going to have a hard time for Christmas this year. On December 3^rd we are having another tournament for the Forgotten Child Fund. We are hoping for a great turnout then also. We will be posting the details on the calendar in the forum in a couple of days. We look to see you all then also!</p>

thanks to Grommer and Dave for all their efforts in putting on a very successful tx. buddy hamilton and myself really enjoyed the day. congrats to Brian "WTK" for his win...his livewell management and catching skills are never in doubt. conrats as well to Dave for big fish...he was all smiles from ear to ear...these tx's are for a very worthy cause...come one come all...
