This is not my trail camera, but it is on the lease that Dad hunts, and when I'm home in TN I get out there when I can. We left a really wide 8 pt. last year that both Dad and I saw, but didn't get a shot at. there are some other decent bucks walking around. so maybe this year we'll connect with one of them...

Which zoo is this from?

emoLaugh the memphis zoo!

the farm is about an hour east of memphis in fayette county... not too far from my folks house. there is a couple thousand acres with very few homes around, and lots of hardwoods and cropland. the particular place those pics came from is a couple hundred acre section of hardwoods, bottoms, and drainages surrounded by crops... and is rarely hunted except for us last year. so hopefully my pops can get out and stick one with his bow soon.

Darn!! Those are some sweet bucks there. I sure would love to have the opportunity you are going to have this year to get a good one. emoThumbsup Jmax

Here's a couple more Dad sent me. I wish i had more than one weekend to hunt there this year. But Pops and I booked a 6 day bowhunt in southwest Nebraska for late october, so maybe we'll get to stick a big whitetail / mulie that week!

Poor ole cooper. You dont get enough time to kill these bucks this year! I'm having trouble crying for you imagining what those bucks are gonna look like next year when you do get the time. Oh and Nebraska, they have tiny little deer with spindly ole horns! LOL!

Good Luck! I expect pics of these guys on the ground!

haha, yeah, yeah, i know your shedding tears for me! ;) I do hope dad gets that big 9 with his bow this year. since we booked the hunt in NE, he's really getting excited about bowhunting again. I stay excited year round, so its not a problem for me. I hope i can at least put a doe on the ground before we head west, give me that little confidence boost. oct. 21st can't get here quick enough!!
