Trail camera problem

I went and checked my trail camera and it said i had 31 pics i put the chip in my computer and it said it didnt have any pics i think the camera saved them to its memory i dont no how to transferr them to my chip its a tasco camera any help?

I have been having trouble getting 110+ trail cam pics of tree limbs moving and then my game pics. Does anyone have any tips on placement to stop my trailcam from takin pics of limbs?

I dont have a tasco but i have to bring my camera home and plug it in to the computer and as far as setting it upit works on movement so u have to trim all the small limb and grass so the wind moving them dont set it off
