So I'm in murfreesboro getting ready to head back to Chatt. Notice oil bath sight glass is missing. Jack the trailer up pull the wheel off. Bearings gone. Spindle severely damaged. New axle in my future. Luckily it's not the brake axle
What should I do now? I hate these oil bath hubs. Should I convert one axle?
The trailer is marine master and the axle is UFP. Can I go to either one and buy what I need in the morning?
I have the boat and trailer unhooked and axle removed ready for repair. Thanks for all advice.

Order a Vortex axle through us. Call Sandra at 4233325353. It's a hybrid oil/grease end unit. 100,000 mile 6 year maintenance free.

So. This morning I got up drove to Winchester from Murfreesboro. First stop UFP the manufacturer of the original axle. They told me 3-4 days to make the axle I need. Then we went in to discuss further. Magically pure luck they had the exact axle I needed in the corner of the building. It was overstock. I am up and running.
Thanks to UFP trailer products!
Thanks to about aster for the help. My next stop would have been Soddy to buy an axle and back to Murfreesboro to install.
