Trailer Bearings?

I am sure I am about to get picked on here but I really have no clue on how to change the bearings on my Tracker boat trailer. Or if I even need to. When I bought this boat the guy I got it from replaced them the week I bought it. Thats about 4 years ago. how often do you need to change them? what do you need to change them? and HOW do you change them?

I feel so less a man right now.. HEHE..

Main thing IMO..would be to look at the inside of the wheel and see if the hubs are slingin grease..if so you have water intrusion and need to rebuild your hub assembly..new seals races and bearings...feel free to pm me if you need any help.
