I had a fold away coupler welded on my boat trailer, installed a flex line and hooked everything up. Need to know how to bleed the A60 Brake Actuator.

Underneath the actuator is a small hole. Flat head screw driver inserts in it. You should feel the push rod. Pull the handle of the screw driver toward you. If it clicks, push the tab at the hole. Keep doing that until pressure builds up and hold it until some one lets off pressure on the furthest caliper away. Repeat until you have good pressure and fluid.

You dont have time to work on the boat you went home sick today or were you really sick i'm calling carl right now

Hurry and get better and dont come back to work and make the rest of sick i will cover for you till you get back

Best way to bleed....block trailer wheels so you can apply brake to open valve, leave applied. Go to most distance caliper, open bleeder, let drip or drain until get solid flow, tighten, fill master cyl. repeat with other caliper......... If you have the reverse lock (5 wire harness, make sure to have backup lock released with reverse)........... emoGeezer emoUSA

Careful doing that if there's air in the cylinder, UFp gaskets are notorious for blowing out if too much pressure is applied. They do fine as long as you bench bleed them first.

To make it an easier one man job get some clear tubing and stick it on the bleed nipple and then into a jar or whatever of fluid so that the fluid is above the end of the tube. And just do the open bleed nipple-pump-lock pump fully extended- close nipple drain- unlock pump fill housing back up if necessary. Start on the first brake the brake line goes to then on in the series till the last one and you have removed the bubbles.

Lol. The bleeder jar is good info though and does work. ;) By bleeding the last on the line 99 percent of the air goes there. All you'll get out of the other is a quick burst from the bleeder valve.
