Need new carpet for my trailer bunks. Any recommendations for someone to do that or how to do it myself?

Not sure about your boat but I was able to jack one side at a time and use jack stands, to support the boat, while I changed them. Everything was ready to do the swap. I treated it, like a shutdown. I had the boards cut, with a slight radius, on each end, just to eliminate, sharp corners. Also used a router to put a 3/4" radius on the top part of the board. I used PT 2x6's instead of the original 2x4's. I hand picked good boards. I wanted to go with cypress, which is supposedly the best but wasn't sure where to find it and the carpet wears out long before the board rots. One other thing, if you're going to use staples, go with monel and ones at least 1/2" long. I DID NOT staple the top but stapled the **** out of the sides and bottom, then pecked them in a little further with a small hammer. The Bass Pro bunk board carpet looked good, to me and have no complaints.

be safe and use a board or something to help spread the load, when using a jack or stands.

What model boat and who made the trailer?

I've done a few....thousand in the last 20 years. :)

I redid my own. Bought material from Bass Pro and used stainless steel staples. Really easy fix.
