I feel like there is a loose wire in the trailer. Seems I blow a fuse everytime I hit a bump. Who would you guys have look at it?

personally I would take my $12 battery tester, a flash light, some useless fishing line, and some beers and go at it. but that's just me.

Most likey a running light. Clearance light that is. Easy way is just to check the brown and black wires.

Quit hitting those bumps. Lol. Seriously, I had a similar problem. Get all new wiring, and redo the whole mess. Shouldn't take you more than an afternoon and a six pack if you are by youself, a couple hours and a twelve pack if you got a budy that will help. I soldered all the connections and covered with heat shrink. No butt joints or three-way connectors.

Been there myself. Blown fuses always = short circuit. You have rubbed the insulation off a "hot" wire, probably where it crosses the axle. When the raw (exposed) wire touches the frame (when you go bump) the fuse blows.

You can pay somneone to do repairs of you can pull new wires a lot cheaper. I like to pull an extra white wire along with the others to get the ground above the trailer frame. My last wiring job this way lasted 26 years trouble free.

Heck, I'll even help you pull the new wires for free, if you like.

Think wally world sells the re wire kit for $20 ? Even have the one that has new lights , includes clips for the wires . Pretty easy to do . My last 1 I did took about 2 hours . Lots of youtube vids and info from Google .
