Tri-State Bass -New Years Day Tournament [PUBLIC]

Tri-State Bass Anglers Association is hosting their annual NewYears Day tournament on Lake Nickajack out of Sullivans Ramp. The tournament is open to the public and begins at 8:00amwith wiegh-in at4:00 pm. The average for the past 2 years has been around 30 boats. Entry fee is $50 per Team or 30$ per single fisherman, rules will be provided at the launch ramp. Also, Tri-State Bass Anglers Association has a limited number of openings for new members this year. This tournament would be a good way to meet members and get yourself a sponsor to join the club. New members must be sponsored by an existing member to apply for membership.</p>

Hey Kevin can you post our Tx. schedule for next year might help in bringing in new members . I know what lakes were fishing and the months there in , I just dont know the exact dates .

Weiss lake at night??? Sound like a recipe for disaster to me.

We have fished Weiss at night a few times and never had problems, but we do stress safety. Just have to keep it slow and easy and only go where you have knowledge to go.

I plan to take photo's and post results after the tournament on this forum and on the club site. I will try and get details from the anglers for a thorough report on the event.

Weather is lookin good , at least compared to what its been lately . I am going to miss watching my bulldogs play though . Go DAWGS!!!!
