Did you check the relays? One way to see if one is bad is to switch them. If it then trims up and not down, you've got a bad one.

yep done that already,i know it aint the relay cuz i put it on the down relay that i know is working and the motor still won't run

That is a 2 wire motor. You are simply reversing the polarity. If it runs 1 direction and not the other it is not a motor. If it will not trim UP. replace the DOWN relay. If you need help call me 304-0930. If it was a old 3 wire motor then yes, it could be bad but not with a 2 wire. Wiring is complex, backwards, but simple. I will not look that motor up that you pm about. You don't need it.

I can swing by one day if you need me to. Would just be a little out of the way if you are in dallas bay area.

Thanks to all of you, I got it going today after talking to a mechanic at Fish-n-Fun he said something that made a lightbulb turn on, The green wire is not the ground on 12 volt systems and i was overlooking that fact. Maybe because i work in Industrial electricity and green or bare is always the ground.. emoDoh

WRECHEN2 AND FISH-N-FUN WAS ONLY TOO HAPPY TO HELP!

No problem!! Would have been happy to have came by. VERY familair with the wiring. Would not have taken just a minute to have found it. Glad you got it done though!!!!
