Put in Tues morning 0730 and fished until 1130. Ramp traffic was light and lake traffic was mild to moderate...nothing like last week. Water temp was 61-63F and giving off heat in the AM with fog/steam. There was zero wind until about 1130. Channel has little current and water visibility is still slightly stained. Fished in the creek and north of PC in the channel area. Best luck came on plastics in about 3 feet of water. Tried fishing shallower but no bedding fish. Stepped back and tried a bit deeper water with crank bait and no luck. Boated six fish and most were keepers...but nothing bigger. I suspect better fishing is in the afternoon provided fishing pressure stays mild. My hats off to the brave souls combating the 25mph gusts yesterday!
