Trolling foot Pedal gave out!

The cable finally broke today... The cable that you steer the trolling motor with by foot. Any of you guys have some advice.</p>

Tomorrow I'm gonna take a better look and see what I can do with it. I know I have some of the same exact cable in the garage and I'm thinking I can just replace that with the one that's broke. </p>

Besure to get the cable ajusted properlly or you will have the same problem again. I think those cables run about 100 bucks installed. I could be wrong. I would call Jhon Swallows 479-7816

Kevin, call the factory and order the part yourself, piece of cake to install, give em your model number and they will fix you up.</p>

Might take a look here replacing a cable dosent look that hard to me , might save yourself some money, my foot swith is acting up on mine, cant see paying someone to do something I can do, looks like a cable would run from about 20-40, $ depending on moddle.....just a idea...
