I along with 2 other friends all were going to upgrade our 12v/40amp breakers to 50amp breakers. 1 of the trolling motors is a 12/24 volt, one is a 24volt and mine is a 36volt. The breakers I ordered came from Trollingmotor warehouse and did not specify 12, 24 or 36v. All of ours currently say 12v 40 amp, the ones that came in are 24v 50amp. Is there any issues running these on any of our trolling motors?

The amp rating is what is important. You won't have any issues. The reason you have 12 on all yours is because they all come off of 12V batteries. The new breakers can "handle" up to 24V. Doesn't mean you have to have 24V going to it for it to work. Those can be ran after the volts has been combined to 24V. I have seen trolling motors wired this way with a 24V going to a 12V circuit breaker with no issues. IMO you are fine.
