Trolling Motor waranty

Seems my Minkota is acting up. Armature may need replaced??.. but its under warranty. It wants to stick and not move but if i move the blade or just lift it a bit, it kicks in.</p>

Who would be a good repair guy locally?</p>

Been there and done that. I don't see how Minn Kota could be sorry enough to send out that many bad trolling motors with the same exact problem?? I went through that twice with MK maxpro 80's. John can fix it in about 30 minutes if he has the part.

if theres nothing behind the prop ,such as fishing line try w d 40 in the spot its catching then pull the armature out about half way, turn it down as low as you can and hold the prop .then hit your button to see if its grabbing good picking up .
