I have a 20 ft bullet with a 225 pro xs. I run a 27 trophy on it and have slung a ear on two props in less than 6 months. I have heard alot of people are going to the turbo if anyone has ran a turbo on here could u tell me how it ran compared to your trophy.

I can't answer your question but I can tell you that you should not be running a trophy on that boat anyway
Trophys sling ears when they are run to high
My guess is you are running it too high to get the extra speed out of it

Bullets are light they don't need a 4 blade prop
you should be running a 3 blade 28 tempest or perhaps a 27 Fury
Both props would benefit from a Balance & Blueprint from a quality prop shop

Edit: The original Trophy was worse about slinging ears than the newer Trophy Plus. This could be part of the problem

Both props were the trophy plus brand new props anf the bullet dealer recommend it so thats what i have been running and i thought fury was for heavier boats

For example
I'm running a Trophy plus on my Triton
weight for weight my boat is a lot heavier than your Bullet
I know I am giving up speed to run it as well

If It was Me I would be at Performance prop having them work up a prop
I might start with a Fury but I'd listen to their recommendations as well

27 Fury or 4 blade performer bullet cut. I've run the performer on my Bullet and the slingin prop issues have gone away.

trophy suck i have a 20 xrd slung abunch of 4 blades i still have the 3 blade tempest that came with my boat running it now its a 2002 for the money and dependablity the txp props are good alot of guys running them now

Try a TXP OT-4 or a PowerTech TR04, much better props and can be ran at higher engine height's without fear of slinging blades.

The reason people run 4 blade props on bullets is for holeshot and load carrying capabilities. Get you a txp.

Plus with 4 blades vs 3, it's just more fun to drive without the crazy stuff on hard lefthanded turns.
