Decided last night that I'd leave the Chick to the 160 BFL boats & head to the mountains where the cold just seems to get fish going. Got to the river about 10 & it was 38* & misting rain. Started fishing nymphs on the 3 wt. fly rod. Used a couple of small split shot to get it down & the trout cooperated. Caught & released b/w 30-40 & had a grand slam; brook, brown & rainbow trout in the same day. I love this stuff!
