I need to buy me a new shotgun in the next week or two. Anybody got any suggestions?

Single shot 20 gauge. Look at the h and r line up if you are looking for a value. Super light and easy to carry. I have a Benelli SBE II. It's an awesome gun but they aren't the cheapest

I just saw a pic on FB, from a friend that lives near Dayton....I count at least 40 birds, a couple fanned out.

I've been seeing some huge flocks as I work in mid tn through the week. From what I can tell Bedford county is absolutely loaded with birds. I have seen strutters all winter long. Heck I heard a bunch of gobbling on my lease all through deer season. I think male turkeys are sorting out their social hierarchy 365 days out of the year. Fun to watch.

I was out planting pines this morning. I wasn't trying to be stealthy or quite either. Had a flock of around 20 walk up on me. Strange thing is they didn't seem to be too spooked when they saw me. They just sort of walked slowly over a ridge and out of sight.

Yea, I absolutely can't wait! The numbers of birds in central TN is unbelievable. I really need to spend a few days out there knocking on doors.

I have a deal of a lifetime on some Turkey Shot shells. I realize this is not the want-ad section .. So I am just telling about them here. Winchester Supreme Turkey Loads ... </p>

I walked out of my garage two days ago and there were about 30-40 birds in the woods by my drive. There were a few bearded birds but you never know where they will be after the first shot. Good luck to everyone this season. I have a couple weeks to spend chasing birds in west tn. Can't wait.
