TVA Mapping Services office

I just got off the telephone with the local TVA Mapping Services office. I had a ... well ... "unusual" request. The lady I spoke with was undoubtedly the most helpful, cordial, and polite person that I have dealt with in a looooong time. Unfortunately, it is a rarity to talk with someone in a "Government" office that actually is pleasant, and even more rare to get a special request dealt with in such a wonderful manner.

Just felt like I had to give them a "thumbs up" this morning for being so "unusual" ....... emoThumbsup emoToast

I have dealt with many government entities on all levels- local, state, federal. IMHO, the two best I have worked with are TWRA and TVA. Good to see that quality customer service is still alive and well.
