Two Pass Rule

My thoughts on the 2 pass rule are as follows:

2009 CFF Bass Tournament Series

"Qualified Member" - Any CFF member who has accumulated a minimum of 150 posts, in any category, at time of sign-up.

"Qualified Team" - Any team consisting of a minimum of 150 posts in any combination between the two anglers.

Exception - "Two pass Rule"

Each team participating in any 2009 CFF Bass tx shall have a total of 150 CFF posts in any combination between the two anglers. This can consist of one member with 150 posts and a guest with 0 posts. Additionally, any CFF member lacking 150 posts ("NON-Qualified member") will be allowed to participate by using one of two free passes. This means that a member with less 150 posts may fish two tx's with another non-qualified member or guest. Both non-qualified members and/or guest will have used their free passes. The "non-qualified members will be encouraged to enjoy the fun and fellowship and contribute back to CFF by posting and the guest will be encouraged to join and contribute. So, as for as walk-ups, they must only show their screen name, real name and ID.
This is more simple than what it may seem based on this explanation and I personally think it helps the cause and as long as the non-qualified's produce the required doc's, it should be easy to enforce. Hopefully I haven't mis represented Brandon's suggestion. Thanks. Al

What if both members have only 70 post combined. Do they both use a free pass?

here is my thought on the team with 2 passes, etc...

If a member uses a pass and fishes with a guess his team is getting more of a benefit by using 1 pass. On the other hand two new members have to use two passes if they are on the same team.

Are we trying to elimate a "team" from fishing 4 free tourneys? If so, I'm ok with that.

Brandon, the way I see that is:

Two non-qualified members= two used passes...one for each. They can do this twice. The guest should have become a new member after the first tx. If Hackney and KVD show, and neither one of them is a member, they can sign autographs and pass out free lures but they can't fish together. However, I will dump my partner and KVD will become my guest partner and we will kick some serious butt. It will cost him one of his free passes though.

Throw out some more what-ifs, so we can thoroughly work this rule over and get it right. Al
