Today should have been day P90X 43, but I was still so sore from legs and back yesterday, I didn't make it out of bed this AM. I am pissed at myself, being so sore you hurt turning over in bed is not an excuse to sleep in.</span>
<span style="color: #333333; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 17px">The good news today, although I didn't hit my 30 lb mark, I hit 29.5 lbs lost. LOL</span>
<font color="#333333" face="lucida grande, tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif" size="2"><span style="line-height: 17px">I guess if I had taken, phone, wallet (</span><span style="line-height: 16.981481552124023px">empty</span><span style="line-height: 17px">anyways), gun, shoes, jeans, watch, etc off I might have pulled it off, but since I do this on our med scale at work, they probably would not appreciate a fat, albeit shrinking, man, getting nearly nekid in the office. Just sayin.</span></font>

Are you taking vitamins and/or the recovery drink? Makes a world of difference in sorness if you take them. I take a half pack of the vitamins and always drink a recovery drink after my workouts, even basketball.

After loosing steam to lots of things pulling me away from workouts, Ive been back on it.

Day 50 of P90X is in the books, X Stretch was my prescription, I plan on adding Power 90 Sweat 1 tonight for good measure.

Today also brings BIG news to my rotund self. 257.5 lbs, I dropped 6 pounds since last Monday, making a total of 35.5lbs gone forever. Its a good day.
