update navionics card

I tried to update my navionics platinum card. It says I have 190 days left and that there is an update available, but when I try to update, it says my card is full and to contact navionics. I sent an email, but no reply yet. Any solutions to this? Thanks.

Navionics contacted me and is sending me another card because mine will not update. Great company !!!!

That's great, glad they're taking care of you. I've had trouble getting them to respond to emails. I normally end up having to call them.

I upgraded mine yesterday and it took forever! Have you downloaded the free PC App?

Yes, it is awesome. Wish I could print it out. It transfered waypoints to my Humminbird seamlessly.
