Update on Karl (Flip1up)

<font style="background-color: #ffffff" face="times new roman,times" size="2">Prayers are ugently needed right now. Dana posted last night that Karl had been moved into a local Hospice Center and right now, all they can do is keep him comfortable. </font></p>

I repaired a couple of rods that he had abused and he loved how I had fixed um for him... then he threw them in the back of his truck, to which I jumped his butt pretty good....No, he wasn't going to just dump um in the back of his truck cause I had to work majic to repair them.... sheepishly he got um back out and put um up front like he should have done in the first place..hahaha we had a good laugh and all was well.... RangerRob thought it was the funniest thing he had seen that day.... praying for his comfort and strengh.....FAemoGrouphug </font>

Karl was one of a kind that is for sure. While I am so very sad to hear this latest news I rejoice that he found Christ. Karl and his family are in my prayers. God is able to perform a miracle and heal Karl even in the late stages of cancer with hospice called in, of that there is no doubt. We of faith sometimes can't understand why the Lord doesn't just heal our friends and loved ones since He can we may ask why doesn't he, we may even get bitter when God doesn't. We do not have the mind of God and do not understand His plan. The most important thing is that Karl will be with Jesus some day and for every day after that for eternity whenever his time comes to go home. I pray that everyone who reads this will consider their final home. It is so very simple - Jesus is the way - the only way to God - not a way - the only way. No man comes to the Father except by Him. Period - No good works can do it, no giving of time or money can do it, no family name can do it, no tradition can do it, no church membership can do it, nothing but the blood of Christ can cover our sins and make us acceptable to a holy God. Karl was such a people person, he was funny and friendly, and even way back in the beginning when I first knew him he respected the things of God. I don't know what God's plan is for Karl, maybe heal him, maybe take him home to be with Jesus soon. I do know that when Karl gets to heaven he will want his old CFF friends to be joining him someday. Are you ready? If you belong to Jesus then praise the Lord, if you have never trusted Christ as Lord then please don't wait thinking you have time - none of us is promised another second.
