Proud to say that all but one of the pvc fish attractors that we made and put out this winter have given up fish so far. Not all were keepers but they're still fish. My son and I went to Chick. today and had a total of 19 nice Crappie. All were caught with minnows while fishing brush anywhere from 7 ft. to 11ft deep. Tried a jig under a float first thing but no takers for over an hour. Don't know what I was doing wrong but it didn't work. So we decided to do what we know best. Also we had several, Like the one below, that just wouldn't reach the magic mark emoAngry

I love those pvc attractors. My son and I made about a half dozen or so and placed them on Loudon this winter. We've boated dozens of keepers off them without one single hang up. That's one of the beauties of pvc attractors, kids don't get hung up in them.

Good report, Flymaker. Those are nice looking crappie. How were you fishing the jigs under the floats? Were you just letting them sit like you would minnows or were you moving them slightly?

:) Wow .. getting the itch after seeing nothing but crappie after crappie in someone elses bucket!!!

Nice bunch a fish there .. and every where!!! I'm heading out to HBSP in the next day or so. When is the new moon phase?

TT

Were these store bought or man made fish attractors. I've just learned of these and want to drop a few ASAP. DO you have any specs on the ones you placed?

Thanks,
Robb
