Upper "G" Smallmouth 5/9/08

TVA was going to flow some water this afternoon so I hit the river for Smallmouth. Throwing Senkos rigged Texas style with a 3/16 Tungsten sinker .It started real slow then picked up about 5:00 when I landed my first Smallmouth a 4 lb. 12 oz.caught 6 more a 4 lb. 8oz.,3lb.12 oz.,3 lb. 80z.,3lb 4 oz.,3lb. and a 2lb 4oz. Best (5) 19 lbs. The best day I have had since early spring. Fish were caught in about 13 feet. Fished till dark and the fish were still biting. All fish were released alive. Here is a picture of the two biggest.
