Upper Nick A Jack duck hunt 1-20-08

Hunted the upper end of Nick A Jack on Sunday and managed to shoot three Mallards, 1 drake, 2 hens. We were in the ducks but setup about 100 yards from where they wanted to be. Will try again this weekend for the final two hunts of the regular season. Mabee it will freeze again for the final hunts. Everyone that reads this post shouldnt forget adout the youth waterfowl hunting weekend on Feb. 2-3rd. Please take a youth hunting and introduce him/her to waterfowling. As you know its a great sport and we need to share the passion. Join your local DU chapter, Wetland habitat isnt just for ducks but for all wildlife.

This may be a dumb question but do the youths have to have a hunting license?

Not until they are 13 years old.

Not until they are 13 years old. But they must have a Hunters Education course if they are 10 years old.
