My trail will be starting in February and will run until June once a month. Our pay out for the upcoming Classic is expected to be over $99,000.00!!!!! With 4 boats being given away to 1st-4th. We are expecting to be giving away 5 boats next year and a lot more money paid down the field. I hope to see a lot of new faces and the old. There is a $25.00 one time membership fee for anyone over 18 and it is free for anyone under. $50.00 a tournament per boat and optional $10.00 BIG fish per boat. If you have anymore questions you can either contact myself or check out the USABASSIN website. All of my dates are posted on the calendar with ramp included. I believe SECRETWEAPON Lures will be the division sponsor again and if so Jake Davis Pro staff director and myself will get together and get some great lures to hand out at my tournaments. Also last year Rivermont Electric sponsored the BASS Ackward Award to the team that weighs in the least amount with an exception must have weighed one fish to qualify hope to have Jeff back again with his sponsorship.

Hope this helps Gary. And like David said you can also check out the website. My division is under Tennessee-Chattanooga-Division.

Did you actually have anyone that went up to the Chick from Shellmound when they could go down to the G? I would think most would lock through and it be a G tournament. ;) Jmax

Me and my partner have fished this trail with Josh for the past 3 years and it has been alot of fun. Josh is very flexible and always trys to work out things so that you are dont have any conflicts. Josh and his dad are alot of fun to fish with and to be around. Then comes the regional and then the classic. This is just really a well run trail and very good competition. Thanks Josh for doing all you do.
David.

Just like everyone else has said. This trail is a lot of fun with a great group of fisherman. John and I fished this trail last year and plan on fishing them again this year. If you are looking into fishing open tournaments with great payouts in the end. You should really think about fishing these!!

Thanks for all of the kind words. Jmax this is the first year that I am doing all tournaments lock-thru. I've seen many lock thru from the Chick and go all the way down so to each his own. Like Harco said the payouts at the end is what we really fish for.

I was just wondering. I would not think you would have anyone lock up. That would be interesting to know. Sounds like a good set up and tournament you have there. emoThumbsup Jmax

I love the lock thru idea even though I like 5min from sullys boat ramp and nickajack is my home water but I love gunn to I am really looking forward to these tx

85% payback with one out of five being paid and the other 15% goes to classic and regional's.

is the national classic held on nickajack and what do you expect the payouts to be each tx? what were last years

The classic is on Kentucky/Barkley Lake had the worst conditions at last years classic and still had I think 5-6 boats weigh in two day totals over 35+ lbs. Great lakes to fish cannot wait till May.

Last years payouts I cannot remember exact but I think it was around 400.00 a tournament for first and payed 4 places on most....not 100% on that I do not have the results from last year I had to turn them in. Check out the website it might answer some questions that I cannot.

• 70% of each entry fee is paid back to the anglers the day of the tournament.
• 15% is escrowed into a fund to help pay for the boats they give away during the Classic Tournaments
• 10% is payed to the Divisional Tournament Director
• 5% to USA BASSIN (administration fee)

There has been some discussion about this trail where I live. USABASSIN is a national trail. Some guys around here fished it last year and made it to the regional, then there was a huge debate over who is allowed to compete in the Classic. No one from our division ended up fishing it and a lot of guys were upset. I'm sure the Chattanooga Division is ran a lot better, but be aware of all the rules before you go wasting your money on 5 tournaments thinking you have a shot at the classic and then be told you can't fish it.
