If the Vols didn't have such a big lead there with 5 minutes to go, State would've pulled it out after raining down all those 3's. It's great to have the men's team do so well. I'm thinking SEC Championship PD. GO VOLS!!!
Pointer, I think that MSU had a chance but I still don't think that they would have won even if the game would have been longer. The reason I think that is that UT has learned how to win. They are playing smart down the stretch. B Pearl has been teaching them that and they would have at least one less loss if they had learned it before the Kentucky game. They will play hard and fast the whole game and bury a team but down the stretch as the opposing team is closing in they are using the clock on every possession and using the press to squelch comebacks. I think that Pearl wants the games to be close at the end this time of year. He's getting them ready for the big tournament and they are learning. He's a really great coach and you can see the joy and excitement on his face as the other team pulls close and he already knows that his team is going to win. He is very confident with this team as he should be. I think that it will be a great end of the year tournament. Unless they get some really bad injuries to key players they will be in the hunt in the last few rounds. They really do know how to win much better than they did at the begining of the year. It's been fun to watch.

Tn has got a big game next week vs my 16-5 razorbacks! I hope its not too brutal. I think tn has a better team, but with two blow-out wins over #25 miss st, and #19 florida in the last week, has the hogs very confident right now. If we can get by ole miss this week, be looking for the upset @ tennessee.
Does Ark. have a big man? I think that is the only weakness that TN has in that it's tough to defend a big man for them. The only good part about having a big center on the other team is that it opens up Chism to shoot the 3's. I think that it is so funny to watch that boy stand out there and shoot those 3's wide open and make most of them. Most post players won't come out to guard him. Does Ark. play zone or M to M? Tn can play against both. It should be a good game. It will be on TV won't it? Most of them are either on a major network or on Fox Sports South. I love to watch all the movement with Tn. They wear teams down, that's for sure.
We play zone when we are in the press, and man to man when we are not. We have 3 big men, Steven Hill at 7'0 250, Charles Thomas at 6'8 235,and Darian Townes at 6'10 254. All will see plenty of playing time. It should be a good game depending on which razorback team shows up. So far they dont have it televised that i know of, but thats liable to change.
