Billy, you can remove this post now.... I left the mortgage biz. Once and for all. And yes, this is precisely what got us into this mess. BUT I only ever offered products that were offered to me by lenders. The big boys that were offering this stuff at the time of this post are now defunct. As is the rest of the mortgage industry!!!!

I guess it`s all about timing NA......went to a B-day party last nite for an old friend and was talking to another old friend and he and his brother set up a company handling foreclosures about 2-3 years ago. Needless to say he said business has been good ...although it was not necessarily a fun type job.
