Wanted OLD CDRW 6x to 24x free or dirt cheap, Hixson, Red Bank, Soddy Daisy , North Chattanooga, East Brainerd, Brainerd.
If you have one sitting around that's collecting dust, I have a friend in need, I just tossed out 3 a month ago.. I'm hoping someone here has one that is either near my house or on the way to or from work on Lee Highway.

Its going in a usb 1.1 drive caddy

Why not buy a new one from Tigerdirest or Newegg? They are going for around 22 to 25 bucks, you will waste that much in gas hunting one up and you will get a warranty.

new one wont work, has to be 6x to 24x to work with what hes got. Trust me its a mess ..

Well you said you needed a burner cheap, I am throwing in the computer with the burner installed, ready to go, everything works fine, all it needs is a good home, $50.00...Come and get it. You don't know if what you have will work or not but this one works now, you won't find a deal like this again.
