Warranty Help

I was wondering if any one out there may know the best place to get warranty on my Mercury Motor.
Didnt know if the dealer is the best route or are there other options.
I have to buy in the next 2 weeks.

Get i touch with Wretchin, he is your mercury man in these parts and I believe he does warranty work.

Any shop that sells Mercury motors , will be factory authorized for service , but ask to be sure.. locally there are several

I don't do warranty work. I am just curios if he wants to know where to take it or buy a extened warranty. His question is pretty vieg(spelling).

He said he has to BUY in the next 2 weeks. I take it as he is looking for a extened warranty........

Yes - Sorry - Im trying to find the least expensive way to buy extended warranty.

I believe the dealers have you hog tied on this....((in other words you purchase the warrenty when you buy the motor))....might try contactiing mercury...The best bet is to wait till they are offering the 5 year extend warrenty "free", that is normally around the first of the year.

I bought a boat about 1 year ago and I have to buy the extended warranty in the next couple of weeks is my issue.
