My wife brought home a small sample of Wasabi mayo from work - it is great. McCormick has a powder you mix with mayo and I love it on turkey sandwiches, fries and dead deer burgers. You can make it hot as you want, from just a taste of the flavor to eye watering, sinus clearing strong.

that wasabi is the hottest dang thing I have ever tasted..I ate some on a piece of sushi the other day...and it felt like my sinuses and my nose was on FIRE!!!

I think I'll try that powder you mentioned. I do like a little heat in my food, thanks for posting
