The one lonely stump that stuck up 8-10 inches out of the water at Graveyard Point ( near Bear Trace ) was towed away by TowboatU.S. around 1:00 pm today. Yea ! emoBigsmile emoApplause emoDance It stuck out like a sore thumb but if you weren't familiar with the area or cruising thru at night it could do some damage. It's over on the other side in the slough now and will probably be holding a fish or two soon. emoSmile

Believe that's the long point leading back to party cove

Yes...the one out from Paradise Cove and the Bear Trace golf course. It's a long one for sure and you have to go way out of your way to make a U-turn to get across it from the cove especially when the water is low. You'll see it on lake maps and other maps called -- Graveyard Point. I believe a graveyard is near there also.

Thats cool. I wish they would move that tree that is in the middle of the channel while you pass the first pocket going in Sale Creek. It is an easy one to hit for sure!

I wondered where that stump went. We were out Sunday evening and watched a pontoon go right at it and thought oh this going to get interesting...and nothing! Went over and looked and it was gone!
