Put in at Sullivan’s early am to fish the Gorge. Water is high and there’s a fair amount of current and debris. It wouldn’t be hard to sacrifice a prop or lower unit. My buddy’s just starting to bass fish and after a couple of hours of cycling through baits, we got him a couple of bass on a wacky rig. We caught a half dozen shorts in about four hours. I’m sure someone could have done much better. They were definitely biting. Be careful out there.

Thanks for the report. I've been fishing out of Suck Creek boat ramp for the last few weeks and caught a lot of spots. No giants but several two pounders and a 4 lb LM last trip. Last time the water temp was 69. Seems like once it hits 70+ the spots go somewhere that I can't find them
