Put in at Ladd landing and went up the Emory river. Found a ton of shad with bass and stripe chasing them. I caught a couple dozen of each on a spook jr. on main lake flats. Biggest bass was about 2 lbs. It looks as though they are dropping the lake as it was a foot or so down.
water was in the high 60's to low 70's in most of the places I fished.

I have tried a few new places, but it is hard to resist the old spots that I do so well in.
