Watts bar/ 3/17 bass fishing

went to the emory 3/17 and the bite is getting better. Had one about 3 pounds and 8 more that were 12- 15". Water is cooler than when it was muddy, 52 was the lowest on up the Emory, and 58 back in the creeks. I also caught some nice crappie on a red/white tube 2' deep on brush. going back today and will post this evening.

Sounds like you had a good day Jon. This cooler weather is gonna put them down a lil I'm afraid. Good report. Let us know how it goes.

went today and still the same pattern. caught quite a few including one that went 3lbs even. Put in as a tourny was taking out at Ladd Landing. They were not happy that I was in there way launching my boat. I guess I should have asked permission. I found a good concentration of fish on a main lake flat with isolated stumps. I will explore this more tomorrow weather permitting.
