I finally got the boat out today between storms. I put in at Tom Fuller in Rockwood and just started fishing. I caught 7 bass and one stripe. The bass were up pretty shallow and the biggest I caught was about 2lbs. All fish were caught on or near secondary points and drops, and were caught on TR worms in motoroil and SB with silver willow and white skirt. Water was 67 degrees and dingy clarity. Water here is as low as it gets.

GOOD TO HEAR FROM YOU JTF....WATERS BEEN LOW MOST OF THE TIME BUT LOUDON IS LOWER NOW THAN IT HAS BEEN ALL WINTER JUST ABOUT...ONLY HAD 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN FEB AND MARCH...YOU HOME FOR A WHILE ??

Glad to see you are back and fishing the bar agian ! As warm as these nights have been we need to be night fishing for those big females .

It was good to be back on the water, and I hope to have more reports in the near future. I will be home for about a month and the timing could not be better, since I just love spring fishing. emoParty
