Wind was blowing really bad Saturday evening and we waited till about 10 pm to go out . We was fishing midlake and started on the humps . Fishing was tough for the first few hours but we caught several small bass on red shad power worms but no keepers . Well about 2 am it started picking up . Caught 3 keepers really quick on a main lake point that has a lot of rock on it . Switched to a 1/2 oz SB and stuck a pig . Probably a smallmouth cause it felt like I hooked a frieght trian . I never slowed it . Just came unbuttoned . Don't you just hate it when that happens ! The rest of the night was all small bass but just the same alot of fun .

Thanks for the report. I had planned to fish Watts Saturday night myself, but decided against it because of the wind.

If you don't mind saying, what section of the lake were you fishing?

I was back in Whites Creek mainly and around Goat Island . I think that is what it's called .
